01. Where do your products come from?
Our products are designed in EU, manufactured and printed in EU & US. We don't use cheap materials or cheap underage workforce, because we want to keep us and our precious customers happy!
02. Is the sizing of your garments accurate?
Please note that all Unisex products that we offer are, well, unisex. It means that for a lady whose regular size is L, Unisex L will be on a roomy side. Therefore if you wish to have a more flattering look, you should consider going one size down.

On the contrary, L size gentlemen will feel comfy in his true size of our Unisex products (yes, even pink ones).

However, our Women's Round Neck T-Shirt runs true to size and due to its feminine cut follows your body shape; it’s not too tight nor too loose. So, if you feel like having more “room” in your Women's Round Neck T-Shirt – we suggest to order one size up.

03. Can I personalize my T-shirt from the "Nicknames" collection?
Of course, you can! Want a personalized year on your t-shirt?
Personalize it by entering the desired year manually in the box provided on the product page.
04. I saw something that I like but it’s not quite it. Can you adjust the design for me?
Obviously, no problem! Send us your comments and wishes to contact@tamedwinds.com or use Contact Us form, and we will do our best to fulfill your request at no extra cost.
05. What payment methods do you accept?
We take the security of our customers first, therefore we offer trusted methods only. SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is integrated into our website, which is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and integral.

We accept two payment methods:

PayPal – an online payments system which helps you to shop with peace of mind.

Major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express, Diners Club, and Discover. Payments are made via the global online payment processing service 2Checkout.com, which has PCI Level 1 Compliance - the highest level in the industry at the moment.
06. What currency do I pay in?
The prices of our products are initially calculated is EUR. However, for your convenience our currency converter will choose the currency automatically depending on your country. If not, you can always change it manually in the top right corner of the page.

At the checkout, while the content of your cart might be displayed in your local currency, you will checkout using EUR at the most current and up to date exchange rate based on your bank or card processor exchange rate, and all orders will be processed in EUR.
07. Do you ship to my country?
Most likely yes, as we ship worldwide! So in case you live on the planet Earth, your order will reach you. For delivery times, costs, and orders lost in mail, please check our Shipping section.
08. How much do I pay for shipping?
The shipping charge will be added to your order and visible on your receipt before you check out. The shipping is based on the destination country. We offer FREE worldwide shipping for all orders above 50 EUR.
Standard shipping costs for smaller orders are the following (all costs in EUR):

09. Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number in your shipping confirmation e-mail as soon as your package leaves our facility. Simply click on it, or use the Tamed Winds Order Tracking Widget on our website to copy-paste the tracking number from e-mail that you received. If you didn't receive the tracking number, please Contact Us or use our LIVE CHAT at the bottom right of the screen.
10. When do I receive my order?
It usually take about 2-7 business days to create our products. The average delivery time is 5-10 business days after fulfillment, depending on your location. Therefore please expect your items to be delivered within 7-17 business days (2-7 for fulfillment + 5-10 for delivery).

Please note that all our products are designed and manufactured with utmost care after your order is placed, and we put quality before speed!
11. Do I have to pay international taxes and duties?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. We cannot control that and we are not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package upon delivery. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance if needed. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.
12. Can you send my delivery quoted in custom purposes as a gift?
No. We have to state that all price facts have to be declared correctly and visibly on our parcels. If an item is on sale we will declare the sale price and not the suggested retail price of the item.
13. I did not receive an order confirmation.
As soon as your order is placed, an order confirmation goes to the email address you entered during the checkout. If it is missing, please double check your spam folder and add contact@tamedwinds.com to your contact book for future purchases. If it’s still missing, chances are there was something wrong with the order. Please Contact Us by e-mail, or you can use LIVE CHAT on the bottom right side of the screen, and we’ll sort it out for you.

15. Some pieces are missing from my order.
If pieces are missing from your order, please Contact Us by e-mail, or you can use LIVE CHAT on the bottom right side of the screen as soon as possible. We will make sure to send you the missing pieces free of charge. However, chances are that some products are dispatched separately (like mugs or other non-apparel products).
16. What is your returns policy?
As all our goods are made to order, and each product is manufactured especially for you after the order is being placed based on your personal choices, we do not accept any size, color, or product exchanges, so please be sure to read all item descriptions and sizing thoroughly and do not hesitate to contact us when in doubt.

We are not able to accept returns under any circumstance other than the fault of our own (i.e. if the wrong item was shipped to you, or the item arrives damaged or defective.)

If the item is faulty, Returns or Exchanges are accepted within 14 days after you receive it. If 14 days have gone by since you have received your item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items washed or worn, marked with perfume or other scents, soiled with make-up or deodorant marks will not be accepted. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase for identification reasons.

17. How should I take care of my new awesome garment from Tamed Winds?
Oh, it’s easy! Just follow these simple instructions:
  • Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colors.
  • Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary.
  • No fabric softeners.
  • Tumble dry low or hang-dry for longest life.
  • Cool iron inside-out if necessary.
  • Do not iron decoration.
  • Do not dry clean.
