Shipping, Returns and Refunds
SHIPPING
Please note that all our products are designed and manufactured with utmost care after your order is placed, and we put quality before speed.
We take about 2-7 business days to create our products. We are shipping Worldwide. The average delivery time is 5-10 business days after fulfillment, depending on location. Therefore please expect your items to be delivered within 7-17 business days (2-7 for fulfillment + 5-10 for delivery).
Shipping costs are not included in the product purchase price and will be calculated automatically when you proceed with your order.

* Please note that our Gift Cards are electronic, therefore, the value of the Gift Card is not taken into account when free shipping above 50 EUR is calculated:
- Example No. 1: you purchase one t-shirt for 30 EUR and one Gift Card for 25 EUR, total order is 55 EUR, and the order IS NOT eligible for free shipping.
- Example No. 2: you purchase one t-shirt for 30 EUR and one drawstring bag for 25 EUR, total order is 55 EUR, and the order it IS eligible for free shipping.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
ORDERS LOST IN MAIL
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 28 days after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of manufacturing and shipping a replacement order for you.
In case you believe your order was lost in the mail, first of all, we advise you to get in touch with your local post office before placing a claim. If they can’t help you, please contact us at contact@tamedwinds.com to inform us and confirm that the shipping address was correct.
Please keep in mind two important things:
- If tracking information states an order was delivered to you, we won't take responsibility and reship that order.
- We cannot replace your order if the shipping method selected does not include tracking.
RETURNS
As all our goods are made to order, and each product is manufactured especially for you after the order is being placed based on your personal choices, we do not accept any size, color, or product exchanges. Please be sure to read all item descriptions and sizing thoroughly and do not hesitate to contact us when in doubt.
We are not able to accept returns under any circumstance other than the fault of our own (i.e. if the wrong item was shipped to you, or the item arrives damaged or defective.)
If the item is faulty, Returns or Exchanges are accepted within 14 days after you receive it. If 14 days have gone by since you have received your item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items washed or worn, marked with perfume or other scents, soiled with make-up or deodorant marks will not be accepted. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once again, please note there are certain situations where returns cannot be offered:
- Any item not in its original condition, worn, washed, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after you have received it.
- A personalized item with no manufacturing error or product defect.

The buyer himself is in charge of shipping the return parcel to the address indicated on the package.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for expensive items. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Returns send using non-trackable shipping method are considered to be lost in the mail when the following time has passed after you have shipped them, and we are not obliged to refund or exchange them:
- Europe: 2 weeks
- North America: 3 weeks
- Canada: 4 weeks
- Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 4 weeks
- Asia Pacific: 4 weeks
- Latin America and the Caribbean: 6 weeks
- North Africa and the Middle East: 6 weeks
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Personalized items
Personalized items cannot be accepted for refund or return unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Return Address
The buyer himself is in charge of shipping the return parcel to the address indicated on the package.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
GIFT CARD TERMS & CONDITION
Please note that local Gift Card terms & conditions in accordance with the laws of Lithuania apply to Gift Cards sold by Tamed Winds. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
The Gift Card can be used to pay for items at the TamedWinds.com store by submitting the code provided on the Gift Card at the checkout before paying.
The Gift Card is valid for 12 (twelve) months from the date of purchase, therefore, please inform your beloved ones about that date. Expired Gift Cards cannot be used or refunded.
The Gift Card is multi-use, which means it can be used more than once:
- In case the price of the item purchased exceeds the amount on the Gift Card – the buyer pays the difference during the checkout process.
- In case the price of the item purchased is lower than the amount on the Gift Card – the remaining balance can be used by the cardholder multiple times until the balance on the Gift Card is 0.00 EUR or the Gift Card expires.
The Gift Card cannot be refunded, exchanged for money, or returned.
We do not replace or give a refund for lost Gift Cards.
If the Gift Card is found, please return it to contact@tamedwinds.com.
Products bought with the Gift Card are subject to the same exchange and return policy as any other product sold. In this case, if the buyer returns a product acquired with a Gift Card, the refund will be in the form of another Gift Card in the value of returned item excluding shipping price. If this has expired at the time of the return, the price of the product will be refunded according to the preference of the cardholder.
Our Gift Cards are issued in EUR and all orders are processed in EUR, too. The exact amount used with a Gift Card in your local currency will be recalculated by your bank or card processor at their exchange rate during the checkout process. We are not responsible for your bank's exchange rates.
